Mission Statement
Faith & Field Initiative exists to equip churches and youth ministries—primarily in the Caribbean—with sports equipment and Bibles to help them reach, mentor, and disciple young people through athletics. We believe sports provide a powerful platform for building character, sharing faith, and creating positive opportunities for youth to grow spiritually, physically, and socially.
Statement of Faith
Faith & Field Initiative is a faith-based nonprofit organization grounded in Christian beliefs. We affirm that the Bible is the inspired Word of God and serves as the foundation for our mission and activities. We believe in one God, eternally existing in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. We believe in Jesus Christ as the Son of God, whose life, death, and resurrection provide salvation and hope to the world.
Our work is motivated by Christ’s call to love others, serve those in need, and make disciples. Through partnerships with churches and ministries, we seek to demonstrate God’s love by supporting youth with both practical resources and spiritual encouragement, using sports as a means to foster integrity, teamwork, discipline, and faith.
Faith & Field Initiative is preparing our first shipment of sports equipment and Bibles to support a Caribbean church serving youth in their community.
We believe sports open doors to mentorship, discipleship, and hope. Rather than creating new programs, we partner with local churches already reaching young people, equipping them with the tools they need to serve more youth through athletics and faith.
